Refund Policy

Try before you pay

Every new account gets a 14-day trial of the Pro feature set — features only, on the free model — with no card required. Please use it to make sure Kono'S fits before subscribing.

Subscriptions

Checkout is not open during the current launch review. The terms below apply only after a paid purchase path is enabled.

• First purchase: if Kono'S isn't working out, email us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund it in full.
• Renewals: renewals are generally not refundable — cancel any time before the renewal date and you keep access until the period ends. If a renewal charged you by surprise, contact us within 7 days and we will review it case by case.
• Service failure: if a verified outage or defect on our side made the service substantially unusable for a significant part of a billing period, we will refund or credit that period.

Credit top-ups

Top-up purchases are refundable within 14 days if the credits are entirely unused. Once credits have been partially spent, top-ups are non-refundable (bonus credits are forfeited with the refund).

How to request

Email seanlin@generalrev.com from your account email with your order number (in your Lemon Squeezy receipt). Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
