Kono'S is a personal AI assistant: a chat-driven agent that manages tasks, notes, files, memories and routines, can operate a cloud browser, and can extend its own user interface at your request. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Kono'S responses are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be wrong, incomplete or outdated. Do not rely on Kono'S as a sole source for medical, legal, financial or other professional decisions. You are responsible for reviewing actions you approve and content you act on.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live). You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account; Team seats are per person.
You own everything you put into Kono'S and everything your assistant produces for you — tasks, notes, files, memories, and the interface configuration it grows. You grant us only the license needed to store and process that content to run the service (including sending it to the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy). We do not use your content to train AI models.
Checkout is not open during the current launch review. If paid subscriptions or credit top-ups are enabled later, the checkout will name the merchant of record, renewal terms, limits, and cancellation path before purchase. Current plan status is shown on the pricing page.

You can delete your account and all data at any time in Settings. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), with courts of Taiwan having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
